Paula Bueso-Inchausti was born in Fort Lauderdale, FL but grew up in Madrid, Spain.
Paula has worked as an architect in internationally renamed architectural practices such as Bueso-Inchausti & Rein and KPF.
After working in Palo Alto as the head designer of a boutique developer, founded Nomos in 2015 to provide a response to the high demand on Silicon Valley's Real Estate modern housing.

Guillermo Casta was born in Valladolid, Spain.
Guille developed his early passion for Real Estate Design in London, first by joining the Real Estate Investment Group at JPMorgan; and then at Foster+Partners' design team, working on the most innovative office building in the world: Apple Campus 2.
In 2014, Guillermo moved to California to actively participate in the construction of Cupertino's AC2.
Founded Nomos in 2015.

The Bueso-Inchausti & Rein architect's firm was founded in 1983 and has become leader in high end residential projects in Spain.
Since then it has developed its professional activity uninterruptedly on the fields of architecture and master planning.
During the past three decades, the studio has developed many projects in Spain, Switzerland, Romania, Mexico, Venezuela and the United States.
Nomos has its roots on BI&R, being founded as a branch to respond to the high demand on single family homes in California.
